09 Continuous Punch-List Optimization
Inco tracks a proactive, daily punch list to resolve field issues instantly. We dedicate the final 10 days of the build to perfecting every detail before your scheduled walkthrough.
10 Certified Field Handoff
After municipal final approval and signed Inco Job Closing Certificates are executed, your formal closing and key turnover takes place within 10 days in most cases.
